About Us
Our Purpose
We support youth development and youth participation by creating an environment for sharing knowledge and expertise within the business community in the Manawatū region.
We aim to be the hub for information, building connections and developing professional skills by connecting students, young professionals and businesses through collaborations and development opportunities.
Our Story
Manawatū Young Chamber was established in 2017 and launched on 1st March 2018.
We aim to make opportunities within the business sector more accessible to young people. We will do this by utilising our partnership with the Manawatū Chamber of Commerce.
Our aim is to create a business organisation database consisting of chamber members who have different tiers of involvement, ranging from being available as business mentors to meeting young people over coffee, to sponsoring the Young Chamber.
